MEET RICHARD
My name is Richard D. Hayes, and I am committing myself to the citizens of Liberty County as a Community Leader. As a husband, father, veteran, employee, pastor, neighbor, volunteer and friend, my desire is to be a servant leader focused on our future.
GOALS
I felt led to bring my experiences to the Liberty County to impact key areas to help make our community successful. I can’t make a promise about what the outcome will be, but I can promise that my focus will always remain on residents who chose to call this their home.
